the Principal - 
Jeffrey W. Schroeter, P.E
Mr.
Schroeter has over 23 years of power generation experience and
founded Genovation Group, Inc. in 2000 to assist others in
development activities. Previously, he was with Panda Energy as
Vice President - Merchant Plant Development and
responsible for their successful program of over 8,000 MW in operation or under construction with
another 11,000 MW in advanced development in the
United States. Previously, he was Director of
Project Development at CSW Energy. He began his
career at TXU in Dallas and holds a BS Mechanical
Engineering from Texas A&M University.
